1. I heard that our fellow cranky, Randy Szas was a bit ornery at the start. Apparently some rides were well into the car lane before starting. Let's keep Randy happy by following the rule of safety. Keep well to the right!
2. After the race, I did have a visit from a friendly RCMP officer. A local resident complained about some rider in the middle of the road, even after being honked at in advance.
Let's be more cautious and stay on the right side of the road. It is incumbent on the riders to use their best judgement when passing other riders. Yes, this was a race, but we really want to promote safe riding for everyone.
