Series 1 Week 2 - Hill Climb/TT in Kananaskis - May 15th 6:30PM

We're off to a great start for WNS with fantastic weather. It was suggested that we do a hill climb TT, and May 15th is the opening day for highway 66, Kananaskis Country just west of Bragg Creek.

We will start just past the cattle gates near Station Flats on Highway 66. There is plenty of parking in the trail head parking lot which is about 10km west on Highway 66 of the junction with Highway 22. The race will be one-way and end at the summit just before the end of the highway (approximately 14km). The majority of the route is uphill.

We will try to start the race shortly after 6:30 but may give everyone some additional time to get to the starting area.

WNS Results for Series-1 Week-1 May 8, 2013

Here are the results of the first Club Race at Woodlands Road. It was a great turnout with 51 riders. Weather was perfect, better than last year if you remember...snow!

Some of you may have noticed that your Category changed. This was based on your time tonight. These Categories can change throughout the year.

Also, I am keeping track of your points, so bring volunteers! They are always welcome.
