Back to Dunbow

That's right, we're back this week to the Dunbow Road location for another crack at the Merckx style TT or should we call it the Onodera style TT. The rules are simple enough ... 16km, 1 bike, NO aero gear (wheels, bars, helmet). You and your road machine need to crank out a good ole solo effort and let the chips fall where they may. Wednesday at 7. See ya there, and I'll need a volunteer or two.

Sorry about that. I'm not really a computer guy but if you go to the May 12th post, it has a map there. There is a link for older posts at the bottom. In short, it is Dunbow Road just East of Deerfoot Trail. Email me if you need any more information and hope to see you there.

Thanks - looks like Deerfoot South to Dunbow exit then east and the start should be right there. Thanks for the speedy response - I will be there for sure tomorrow. One quick question - I use for my every day wheels Reynolds SDV66 clinchers which are 66 mm deep - am I allowed to use them for this event or should I make alternate arrangements to use a shallower wheelset? Thanks in advance.

Yup, you've got the directions right. You can use the 66s if they are your only rims but we're hoping that poeple have shallower rims and bonus points for old box rim tubulars.

If you need another volunteer I'm available.

Sure David. Bring your bike though, I think I can get away with just a couple of volunteers and I'd like as many people to ride as possible.
