Back to the team format once again this Wednesday. We'll line 'em up and pick 'em out just like a grade five kick ball team at recess. Same format as last time and hopefully the kind of finish that we saw last time. Come on, come all, we'll try and split everyone up appropriately and create some balance. Wednesday at 7 at the Priddis meeting spot (22 and 22X). See ya then.
And a note about the July 30th finale...I'm planning a mini (micro) stage race with a prologue TT, a 1 lap road race, and a final TT for which total time over the three events will rule the day. We'll need to start at 6:30 or so if we want to get this extravaganza off before the bats come out and I'll need a couple of volunteers for this one.

Ok - for the new guy - get onto 22X heading West and then what... look forward to the evenings festivities. Any idea of distance and what the course is like ie: hilly or flat would be helful as well.

Course starts at 22X and 22 before you get to Priddis and heads south along 22 to the Millarville cutoff. Pass Millarville and turn north where there are a few small rolly hills and then turn right again on Plummers road, following it back to 22 and then around again for two laps which is about 55k. The finish is along Plummers Road just before you get to 22. I'll bring a map. Course is mainly flat and fast with a little less than great road but we haven't had a flat yet. Look back to the May posts for a map of the start and the course and I'll bring one as well.

All joking aside, the in-laws have booked me for tonight, so I wont be around. But as a good compromise, the better half is coming out on the last week (30th) to volunteer. And I'm definitely in for the last two weeks.
